One team handles the plumbing, electrics, tiling, carpentry and finishing, with larger jobs supervised by a project manager. New bathrooms carry a 10-year guarantee, and every project starts with a written estimate so you know the cost before work begins.
We fit everything from a single replacement suite to a full marble-clad renovation, and we look after smaller jobs too: new showers, toilets, basins and vanity units.

Bathrooms: your questions answered
How much does a new bathroom cost in London?
Costs depend on the size of the room, the fittings you choose and how much the layout changes, so we give a written estimate after visiting. Smaller jobs, such as replacing a shower or basin, can be done at our hourly plumbing rate of £145 plus VAT on weekdays.
How long does a bathroom installation take?
A straightforward like-for-like bathroom usually takes one to two weeks, depending on tiling and any changes to pipework or electrics. Wet rooms and layout changes take longer. Your estimate includes a realistic timeline, and we tell you in advance on any days the water or toilet will be off.
Do you supply the bathroom suite or can I buy my own?
Either. We can supply everything, or fit sanitaryware, tiles and fittings you have bought yourself. Materials we supply carry a 30% trade charge, which is shown on your estimate and invoice. If you buy your own, we will check the specification works with your plumbing before ordering.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. All WeFix workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. New boilers come with manufacturer warranties of up to 12 years, new bathrooms carry a 10-year guarantee and new roofs a 20-year guarantee. Your invoice records exactly what was done, so any follow-up is simple.
