WeFix London installs, services and repairs domestic and commercial air conditioning across London. Our engineers are F-Gas certified and the company is REFCOM registered for refrigerant handling. We fit single and split systems, re-gas, clean and service units, fix leaks and electrical faults, and work on heat pumps. Daytime rates start at £140 per hour plus VAT.
We start new installations with a survey so the unit, pipe runs and outdoor condenser position are right for the building.

What happens when you call
Step 1: Call, chat or book online
A real person at our London call centre answers - day or night. Tell us what is wrong and when suits you.
Step 2: Know who is coming
Before arrival we send your engineer's name, photo and van registration. Every engineer is DBS checked and carries photo ID.
Step 3: Diagnosis and a clear price
Your engineer finds the cause and explains the options and cost before starting. Larger jobs get a written estimate.
Step 4: Fixed, tidied, invoiced
Dust sheets and overshoes are used and rubbish removed. Your invoice itemises labour, times and materials. Work is guaranteed for 12 months.

Air conditioning: your questions answered
How much does a air conditioning engineer cost?
Our air conditioning engineer rate is £140 per hour from 7am to 7pm on weekdays, £185 from 7pm to midnight and £360 overnight, all plus VAT. There is a one-hour minimum, then billing in 15-minute increments. Larger jobs can be priced as a fixed estimate.
How quickly can you get to me?
For emergencies we aim to have an engineer with you within one hour, 24 hours a day, often sooner. Non-urgent work is booked at a time that suits you. Every call is answered by our own staff at our London call centre, never an automated system.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. All WeFix workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. New boilers come with manufacturer warranties of up to 12 years, new bathrooms carry a 10-year guarantee and new roofs a 20-year guarantee. Your invoice records exactly what was done, so any follow-up is simple.
