Why it matters
Earn while you learn
Our chairman Charlie Mullins started as an apprentice plumber, and his first company trained around 1,200 apprentices. At WeFix, Luke Savill (electrical) and Fabio Sereno (plumbing) have already completed their apprenticeships and work as engineers.
Apprentices work alongside experienced engineers, are paid while they learn, and finish with a trade for life - without student debt.
